Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Because tickets are unique, time-bound event entries with a fixed date, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. The statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply to ticketing for a specific event on a specific date (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(l)).

2. Cancelled events

If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation from the organiser.

3. Postponed or rescheduled events

Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact support; refund eligibility depends on the organiser's policy.

4. Problems with your order

If your tickets are not delivered before the event, are materially different from what you purchased, or are invalid at the venue through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a full refund. Report the issue to support@ticketsworldcup26.com within 7 days of the event.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within 48 hours.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@ticketsworldcup26.com with your order number and a brief description. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method.
